Before logging in for the first time:
1. Create an account
2. Activate your new account by clicking the link in our email reply
3. Log in with your USERname

o Check your Username and Password;
o Delete "www." from the URL if inserted by your browser;
o Try a different network/browser/device (cookies, JavaScript and UTF-8 without BOM must be allowed);
o Look in your spam folder for the activation email.

Information we collect
We record contact details as the minimum personal information needed to record Booking Requests, contract formation, and for accounting, insurance, security and the smooth running of on-site service. Records connected with accepted bookings are kept for at least the time required by HMRC. You can request a copy of the information we keep on you under the Data Protection Act (we will charge a small fee). We may use the data to improve, or to inform you of changes to, our service. We may collect anonymous statistical information to improve our service.
Third parties
We may pass information to third party providers so that they can service your requests. PayPal handles secure payment but we do not pass personal details to them, so you must type those into their form. We are not responsible for data collected by third parties on their own websites accessed through links on this website. We may pass information to HMRC, Police and other government and international agencies for investigation of tax, fraud, money laundering, terrorism and as required.
Cookies
Our session cookie is set by our landing page to pass your requests to our server and identify your session for security; PayPal's is set by the Booking Form to enable return from their website. These expire on logout. PayPal's Apache cookie passes your preferences (e.g. your language) to PayPal on use of the Buy Now button. It is set for 30 years on loading the booking form. You can block or delete cookies for all Users in your browser settings. You can book Group Activities on payment at Reception (phone 01600 890360). We will process your booking on this system and you will be charged a fee for the service but you will not have access to online information unless you identify a registered User account when booking and log in.
Security
The system uses server-side (cloud) software, processing and data storage and backups to our local devices. Your data and our software are protected by a wide range of appropriate security measures which are constantly updated. Cookies, JavaScript and pop-ups provide critical security components and avoid risks from downloading client-side apps to your device. PayPal is responsible for security of on-line financial transactions originated by this system.
